Art Show.
Service Activities Outside of School: Five year participant in the Make A Wish 50 mile bicycle ride/ Annual donor to the Catholic Service Appeal/ Creator & Owner of Sandy Beads, LLC (Named in memory of my best friend.) I give a large percentage of my sales to the American Cancer Society./ Compassion International, currently sponsoring a third child/ Michigan Art Education Association, Region Liaison and the annual conference planning committee./ Port Sanilac Farmer's Market, secretary/ I volunteer regularly to present workshops at the National Art Ed Association, Michigan Art Ed. Personal Statement: I love teaching art to children! I believe it is what I was meant to do. Looking at children's art and their creative problem solving is refreshing. You can see the world through their eyes. This is a wonderful gift! Seeing them grow and improve and surprise themselves with their talents is very rewarding.
