Fees and Requirements

 

St. Mary prides itself on having a well-run Athletics organization that enables all students to excel in their athletics endeavors. To ensure a stable organization, each family is required to pay a booster fee to participate in Athletics, along with volunteering at athletic events. Each sport that a child participates in also has its own associated costs to cover facilities, uniforms and all other fees to administer.

 

 

Family Athletic Requirements:

 

 
All  parents with a child participating in school athletics are required to donate 3 hours of time volunteering at an athletic event.   A $20 fee will be charged for each hour that is not met.   If you sign-up for an event and do not show up, an additional $20 fee will be assessed. Volunteer opportunities will be sent out to all parents once the basketball game schedule is available.
 
All families are also required to pay a $60 booster fee to participate in Athletics.
 
 
 
Registration and Payments:
 
Athletics registration takes place online via Teamsnap. All fees are paid through FACTS Tuition Management Company (the same company that we use for our tuition payments) and all forms are completed electronically.  you will be asked to fill out forms on Parentwebs under web forms once teams are formed.
 
After you have signed up on Teamsnap here you will receive an invoice from FACTS that will also have all of the forms attached that you can fill out electronically. You can then pay through FACTS or submit the payment to the school office.
 
Please remember that all paperwork and fees must be paid before your child will be able to attend try-outs or practices.
