St. Mary Auction


The Annual Auction benefiting the St. Mary Catholic School has a long, rich tradition in our community. We are pleased to announce that our 2018 Bavarian themed event, St. Maryfest, will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018. We are again fortunate to host our event at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit beginning with a 4:30 mass led by Fr. Paul Snyder in the chapel.

The auction is a widely supported by local businesses, alumni, community members, friends and families. We are thankful for all of our supporters who come together to create an event that truly enhances our school’s offerings and ability to carry on our mission to provide all children a quality education in which they will come to know, love, and serve God.

Please save the date and join us for a fun event filled with food, fellowship, and fun! Invite friends and family and share our event! Snappy casual or festive Bavarian attire.

Event Schedule:

4:00 p.m. Registration begins
4:30 p.m. Mass in the Chapel
5:30 p.m. Silent Auction and Strolling Appetizers, Beer and Wine Bar
7:00 p.m. Live Auction followed by Dinner
8:30 p.m. Music and Fellowship
11:00 p.m. Evening concludes

Online Auction:
The online auction will start before the event date and provide the ability to preview and bid on items from the silent auction a few days before the actual event. Stay tuned for details!

School families will again have the option to purchase tickets using FACTS. Tickets may also be purchased by contacting the school office at 248-545-2140. Admission includes strolling appetizers, sit-down dinner, open beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, and entertainment.

Ticket Prices:
School service families: 2 tickets for $130
All others: $65 each

Prepay Items for Purchase:
Raffle tickets and prepay items will also be offered for sale on FACTS or by contacting the school office.
