Personal Statement

I have always felt that teaching is an amazing career to have. Ever since I was little all I have ever wanted to be was a teacher. I became a teacher because I truly love being able to watch children get excited about learning, or watching them have an "ah-ha" moment when everything connects for them.       As a teacher, all I have ever wanted to do is to be able to motivate students to be excited about learning, to pull out the best in each student and to be able to truly make a difference in each child's life that I am blessed and have the privilege to teach.      I love coming to work here every day at St. Mary.   St. Mary is a very special place where everyone, including staff, students, parents and parish are like family.  I cannot think of any other job I would rather have or any other place I would rather be.
